Sifu is the martial art movie you’ve always wanted to play! Ever wondered what it would be like as an actual movie? Sloclap partnered with director Christopher Clark Cowan (youtube RivenX3i) to bring SIFU to live action in this short film shot in LA. Discover our main character as he hunts down Fajar, one of the assassins who killed his father.

Sifu is the new game of Sloclap, the independent studio behind Absolver. A third person action game featuring intense hand-to-hand combat, it puts you in control of a young Kung-Fu student on a path of revenge.

  1. Waste of time. Why a simulation and not practicing the martial art in real life? Oh weak prefer to stay sit and not live.

  2. I'm not exactly planning to play the game but this was amazing. I remember seeing the machete dude as the dude with the Cache quirk in the BNHA fan vid Guy helped make. Dude does well with weapons I'll say.

  4. How is it that a game trailer is better at doing interesting & impactful fight scenes much better than blockbuster movies these days? Amazing work! I am absolutely useless when it comes to fighting games and therefore have little interest in them but this makes me want to buy the game.

  6. The way it's shot, edited and acted looks and feels like The Quiet Man. I mean, cool trailer and all but you guys in the comments who say this should be a show have crazy low standards for cinema.

  7. I mean… f*ck Sony, but the choreography and camera work in this adaptation kinda givin' me a half-chub right now. Maybe I'll get a month of PS Now and stream the game to a platform that isn't a waste.

  8. Absolutely STUNNING choreography. Whoever did this should genuinely do IronFist for the MCU. Or just straight up make a film out of this
