Chloe's facial expressions are a lot more believable in the remastered version
So this is a "remaster". It looks more or less the same. It's obviously just a minimal effort cash grab.
the facial expressions are clearly improved, just maybe i miss the angry face of chloe…
I feel like they've only improved on the main cutscenes like conversations but not the less minor conversations. For example in episode 5 after you go back thriught the photo warren took, i hate how Chloe and max don't look at each other's faces when they're talking, how they just look off to the side, and they eye contact is so off too, especially with Joyce in the diner, she was just staring at the wall imstead of looking at max. But overall the game was really great, especially the ending scene and the scene with Chloe in the alternate reality, you could see EVERY detail of emotion, to Max's lips quivering before she started crying 😭
My eyes are melting from how good the new version looks 😍 Idk what people mean by the changes being subtle, the improvements are like night and day for me
I prefer the old models but I love the new animations
I hate what they did to Max's face.
Look I like what they done with the graphics except Max's eyes I don't know if it's just me but her eyes seem to pop out in a weird way almost as if she's wearing makeup somehow but she isn't it's really weird and I really don't like it

Honestly Chloe seems to have less of a resting bitch face which is helpful to understand how she's feeling in the moment LMAO
The remastered looks so promising. It sucks to see so much hate on their social media :/
Looks great imo, it's sutil, but nice improvements:
-Better facial animations, more expressiveness.
-Slightly better lighting and how it interacs with characters and environments (look at eyes, tears, hair and here in Chloe's hat for example). Seems way more noticeable in some scenes than others (affecting overall image, and colors).
-Characters models seem to be retouched (better hair that doesn't look like clay, more rounded hands and the eyes are prettier now, more alive lol, although i don't notice them being bigger?, Maybe just a "side effect" of the new facial anim)
-"Phisycs" on hair and other stuff like Chloe's necklace (now they sway).
-Some better textures?.

This looks beautiful. The animations, hair, everything. Honestly the expressions are weird sometimes but hey it's cool. Right now I'm satisfied. BTW – 0:12 – That impish look scares me lmao.
